Our licensed nursing staff assess, plan, and coordinates your  care with your physician, and
other disciplines.They set goals, impliments, and evaluates the physicians authorized plan of
care to achieve the best possible, and cost effective outcomes.

Physical Therapist
They work with patients who have limited use of their own bodies due to injury or disability.
Our physical therapist build flexibility,strength, and spirit. Their goals are to reduce the
patients pain,increase ROM ,and mobility.

Occupational Therapist
They help people improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working
environments. Their goal is to help clients to have independent, productive, and satisfying
lives.

Speech Therapist
They treat the needs of a patient who suffers from speech impairment or swallowing
disorder, due to disease, trauma, and congenital anomalies. They set specific,effective, and
reasonable treatment for the patients diagnosis and condition.

Nursing Aide
They provide routine personal care,light housekeeping,and assist with activities of daily
living. They may help clients move from bed, bathe, dress, and groom. This service can be
provided only with a skilled visit, such as nursing and physical therapy.

Social Worker
They help people function the best way they can in their environment, deal with their
relationships,and solve personal and  family problems. These problems may include
inadequate housing,safety issues, financial, transportation, and substance abuse.
